Saturday was a lovley quite and relaxing workshop with a lovley group of ladies all eager to learn some simple embroidery stitches to create little gems that once stitched together will make wonderfull miniature quilts, birthday cards or wall panels.

Gold worked heart, infillied with straight stitches and decorated round its outer edges with stem stitch, detached chain stitch and raised sequins.  Very pretty

It was lovley being able to relax and do some hand stitching Well it was wet outside so no guilt was felt by sitting and enjoying

taking photos of each others work
